These essences can balance, stimulate, relax, invigorate, and rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. The treatment addresses the needs of the nervous system, and the body’s aches and pains, and assists with lymphatic drainage to detoxify the body.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot hand-harvested, basalt lava stones are smoothed over vital energy points and each muscle, relaxing the body and delivering intensely therapeutic heat deep into sore tissues for extreme relief.

Reflexology

In this treatment, the feet are regarded as a map of the whole body so that by stimulating a particular point on the foot the therapist balances energy flow and can directly affect internal organs or glands in the body.

Toning

A blend of peppermint and rosemary followed by aquatone active cream. This massage tones and firms the body while tightening the tissue and restoring the skin’s suppleness.

Draining & Slimming

A blend of thyme, cypress, cinnamon, juniper, rosemary, sage, peppermint, and lemon followed by aquamince active cream. This massage detoxifies and enhances circulation while flushing out toxins and stimulating the elimination of fatty deposits.
